ANNOUNCEMENTS

WARREA needs your Help with donations! The equipment is aging and is in need of replacement. Hit the Donate button at the top of the page and give what you can. If you know of a company or organization that might like to underwrite or sponsor a repeater site, let us know!  All donations are tax-deductible.

Warrea is working to overcome the interference and desensing issues on the South Fork Repeater, 145.110 MHz. During a deep dive troubleshooting, we found the duplexer is no longer willing to tune to the degree necessary for acceptable operation. While raising funds to replace the duplexer, we have moved the Haney Mtn. 147.024 MHz repeater equipment (as of 05 June, 2025) to South Fork with hope this will correct in the short term, some of the issues. The duplexer set is over 40 years old and has had a good run.    The Haney Mtn. repeater is now a UHF machine, and that frequency is the former HatCreek Rim Frequency of 444.450 MHz with a PL of 94.8. Please update your programming.

Redding (RDG) Packet node 145.050 is now part of the WARREA Packet System. The Frequency will remain the same, and the operation will not change. The Node is now operational as of March 2024.
